Our services include, but are not limited to, consultation, strategy development, marketing assistance, and business growth tools. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of the Netherlands.

17. CORRECTIONS

There may be information on our services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice.

18. DISCLAIMER

23. SMS TEXT MESSAGING

Scale Today provides SMS notifications related to marketing services, client updates, promotions, and relevant communications. By opting in, you agree to receive these messages. Message frequency may vary.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 1-6 texts per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
